I work privately with individuals operating under sustained pressure - leaders, founders, and public figures whose success demands clarity, emotional control, and discretion.

My background is in psychology and mental health, and my work sits at the intersection of human behaviour, performance, and relationships. I am particularly known for my work on perfectionism - how it drives achievement, and how it quietly erodes decision-making, connection, and long-term resilience when left unexamined.

I support people in senior roles across finance, law, elite sport, and public life. Many come to me when outward success is no longer matched by internal stability, or when the cost of performing well has started to show up in their relationships, judgment, or sense of self.

My approach is grounded in psychological practice and commercial awareness, with a strong emphasis on discretion. I work as a trusted advisor behind the scenes, helping clients strengthen emotional regulation, relational intelligence, and decision-making under pressure.

Alongside my private work, I am the founder of Reddi and L’Amour Privé - a private ecosystem for intentional connection - an elite singles community if you will. Through these platforms, I work with a small number of individuals and partners to create thoughtful introductions and curated experiences where depth, chemistry, and integrity matter more than performance or profile.

My work, whether in performance, relationships, or personal recalibration, is guided by the same principle: depth over display, intention over urgency, and excellence that is sustainable rather than performative.

Recently launched and onto our first bootstrap round, we’ve already hit the headlines.

We believe that as orchestrators of relationships, we also need to be socially responsible. Poor mental health outcomes are increasing, young people are not even hooking-up or having sex, and we’ve seen a rise in solo mums by choice, and single lonely depressed men. Something is going wrong, and we want to be the thought leaders behind changing that: not just for our current generations, but the many more to come.

Our app is just the tip of the iceberg, and we have big dreams to create more products and experiences, both digital and in real life - we are creating a 'connecting, educational, and supportive coaching' platform designed to not be deleted - we want to be there for our members throughout all of their relationship lifecycles.

I’m a GP and managing partner at Ingenerate Labs, a small syndicate based in Miami and Boston. We work with early-stage teams, helping them understand their real value and bring their products to market.

I lead development teams myself and have spent years building social products, especially in online dating. I’ve seen true product–market fit more than once, and I know how to tell it apart from wishful thinking in other products.

We look for IT teams with live products, some traction, and clear proof of demand and value. We’re open to co-investment opportunities and to sharing deals with other syndicates. First-time founders, repeat entrepreneurs, and professionals with an exit behind them are equally interesting to us.
