As you can see, I'm Stapho Thienpont; a B2B marketing consultant focused on companies with high ACV.

🛫 in 2018 I wanted to start a marketing agency, I realized I didn't have enough money in the bank to do that in Belgium. So I took the 900 Euros I had in the bank, booked a one-way flight to Bulgaria, got an apartment there, and started my agency there. Ran it for a good 2,5 years before I sold it. 

🥋When I was 20 years old, I was obsessed with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so much so that I dropped out of college to sleep on the mats of a gym in Stockholm. I later used that experience to start my own Brazilian Jiu-jitsu gym that accumulated more than 100 members in less than seven months. 

🐈🐈‍⬛ I have two beautiful cats, so if you want to distract me during any meeting or conversation, feel free to mention them for a 17 min detour. 

While I don't think any of the above will make you see me as an expert in ABM, Demand Gen, and Go-to-market strategy, it paints a picture of who I am.

Marketing Lead

In charge of implementing a full-funnel high ticket B2B marketing with attributable impact on revenue. Some noteworthy initiatives so far:

1. Implemented 16 week lead nurturing program to accelerate pipeline velocity. 
2. Implemented ABM processes in the warm-up and activation stages. 
3. Helped define a cross-vertical and cross-horizontal segmentation, ICP's, and positioning. 
4. Implemented 1st and 3rd party intent data into our lead generation workflow. 
5. Mapped out the sales and marketing pipeline with microstages and relevant actions per stage

7. Used LinkedIn social selling and thought-leadership across multiple accounts as a lead nurturing, demand generation, and sales enablement tool. 
8. Led a team of content creators. BDR's, and external vendors throughout dozens of campaigns.

Mahindra Logistics

Spearheaded the development and launch of an in-house social media platform, facilitating effective information sharing, team bonding, and improving communication flow.

• Created communication plans for the launch of internal as well as external campaigns
• Managed a team of internal designers for day-to-day communications
• Sponsored an author for a book about the daily lives of truck drivers in India, including story collection, onboarding freelancers, publishing, and launch from long-term Branding

Planning global marketing campaigns, press releases, internal communications, memberships & partnerships, social media communications, post designing and event participation. Managing and briefing individuals and agencies across the globe to get the desired branding outcomes. Briefed the French agency on the development of a new logo & website and increased global presence by exploiting all aspects of social media marketing, PR and Events roadmap, leading to x2 increase in Revenue.

• Created Pages on various social media handles and increased the e-footprint of the company.
• Planned and executed the participation in telecommunication events such as, MWC Barcelona, Capacity, Africa COMM and sponsored various telecommunication across the region.
• Got membership of some prestigious telecom associations in France, Japan, Taiwan and London.
• Released PR for various offices across the Globe.
• Designed the new Logo and email signatures of the company as well as assisted in the creation of new website.

Sakshar Coaching Institute

Hired as the second member of the marketing team to support the company’s growth from a start-up organization to a leading name in that area. Coordinated events and BTL activations in small budgets and spearheaded communications for employees and consumers.
• Spearheaded a new class launch that resulted in increased revenue (2016). Executed highly-successful BTL campaigns despite limited budget and resources.
• Established Open-Day, hosting parents and teachers from the nearby locality for two days of comprehensive training, product awareness and understanding child’s psychology.
• Developed daily training sessions, secured sponsorships, and oversaw daily activities of executives.
•Ensured all marketing materials adhered to corporate branding and industry guidelines. 
•Managed day to day communication of classes and created brand awareness on social media(Facebook & Instagram) which resulted in the organic growth. 
•Coordinated with the sales team in order to provide them with the right communications.

Grasim Industries Limited | Pulp & Fibre

Got selected in the branding and communications department as an on the job trainee during the launch of the new fabric brand. Executed various branding activities and training of employees in sister companies on a national scale within the deadline.
• Lead the training process of new fabric brand in more than 800 stores Pan-India within 2 months which included vendor selection till the making of final reports.
• Coordinated with the marketing team for the vendor-selection process and overlooked the distribution of visual-merchandizers while handling the branding requirements for the company’s participation in the national fair (CMAI – National Garment Fair).
• Conducted Mystery Audits across the stores in major metro-cities to check brand efficacy and collated the results/data of marketing activity done.

Intern - Branding and Communications Team

BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group

The first hands-on experience post-graduation. Hired as a temporary replacement for an employee who was on leave. Handled various tasks ranging from raising purchase-order to coordinating with the sales team and agency for developing and designing communication packages for both the in-house brands.
• Co-ordinated with the sales & marketing team and executed the product/company inauguration during the launch of a new range of home appliances.
• Planned and coordinated the execution of BTL activities locally to support and drive traffic to the new brand stores and kitchen dealers.
• Worked closely with the media agency to develop a media plan for both brands.

A traveller with the urge to know and understand the ways in which marketing is done. Learnt lessons from Mother Earth who advertises for various of her gifts in ways unique to the manner of demand. 
After being in the domains of education, clothing, home appliances, retail, telecommunications, e-commerce communications and logistics the learning has been immense. There is always a new idea in the market every fifteen minutes that needs a counter idea to ensure being at the top of the chain. These ideas are created and planned in a systematic manner in compliance with ethical business practices.  
I have been instrumental in creating various campaigns to ensure that penetration of the market is done to better the ROI. Creating target advertisements for specific audiences based on the industry and products. Digital Marketing is the zing word but creating the most applicable marketing strategy makes the hard work become fruitful. 
Been a huge part of the Branding and Launch of various products and services. Creating an impact of ensuring free flow of leads and inputs in business that bring in potential business which can be mapped in terms of statistics and revenue.
I desire to better my skill with great chances to bring about the evolution of modern-day marketing, branding and campaigning patterns.
