As you can see, I'm Stapho Thienpont; a B2B marketing consultant focused on companies with high ACV.

🛫 in 2018 I wanted to start a marketing agency, I realized I didn't have enough money in the bank to do that in Belgium. So I took the 900 Euros I had in the bank, booked a one-way flight to Bulgaria, got an apartment there, and started my agency there. Ran it for a good 2,5 years before I sold it. 

🥋When I was 20 years old, I was obsessed with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so much so that I dropped out of college to sleep on the mats of a gym in Stockholm. I later used that experience to start my own Brazilian Jiu-jitsu gym that accumulated more than 100 members in less than seven months. 

🐈🐈‍⬛ I have two beautiful cats, so if you want to distract me during any meeting or conversation, feel free to mention them for a 17 min detour. 

While I don't think any of the above will make you see me as an expert in ABM, Demand Gen, and Go-to-market strategy, it paints a picture of who I am. 

That being said, I'm the third member of fullfunnel.io, which is the best consultancy for B2B marketing for companies with high ACV. We're second to none regarding go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and LinkedIn marketing.

Marketing Lead

In charge of implementing a full-funnel high ticket B2B marketing with attributable impact on revenue. Some noteworthy initiatives so far:

1. Implemented 16 week lead nurturing program to accelerate pipeline velocity. 
2. Implemented ABM processes in the warm-up and activation stages. 
3. Helped define a cross-vertical and cross-horizontal segmentation, ICP's, and positioning. 
4. Implemented 1st and 3rd party intent data into our lead generation workflow. 
5. Mapped out the sales and marketing pipeline with microstages and relevant actions per stage
6. Executed on LinkedIn campaigns with CTR around 1.5%. 
7. Used LinkedIn social selling and thought-leadership across multiple accounts as a lead nurturing, demand generation, and sales enablement tool. 
8. Led a team of content creators. BDR's, and external vendors throughout dozens of campaigns.

TripMedic is a multilingual medical matching service that allows tourists and expats to instantly find available practitioners with the relevant specialty who speak their language.

I successfully delivered the online platform where customers book appointments and medical professionals manage their business. Headquartered in Barcelona, I managed a remote UX and frontend development team and traveled frequently.

- Developed and scaled TripMedic.com, an in-language community of healthcare practitioners serving travellers & expats;
- Assisted in EU-funding proposal submission and accelerator management;
- Experience with compliance and capability requirements to build innovative patient-centric eHR with GDPR and ISO27001 compliance as well as SNOMED-CT, ICD11 and HL7 interoperability.
- Achieved top 3% result (10th out of 317 companies) in EU-wide eHealth Accelerator “FICHe” with €220K grant prize for TripMedic.com as well as achieved the Top 5% in finish/funding with NPI Invitalia (Smart & Start approval of €770K in funding), qualifying for a further €400K in grants through NPI Campania Innova.

Systemic design is a methodology to analyse complex issues and to develop products, services, systems and organisations in such a way that they leverage towards societal change and impact.

The toolkit establishes a common understanding and language, enabling dialogue among stakeholders, including designers. It offers methods and hands-on tools for co-analysis of complex challenges and co-creation of systemic solutions.

Venture Project Manager

I had the pleasure to work with teams of various companies and international organisations. The focus of most projects was interaction or service design. Below I present two cases in detail. Other organisations include: European Commission, Sony Europe, AG Insurance, Worldline and Newtec.

Siemens

Together with Siemens we realized a major redesign of SIPAT. It is a data-mining tool that processes and analysis large amounts of data to facilitate process improvements for the manufacturing and development of pharmaceutical products.

The main challenge was moving to a visual interface displaying various objects that need configuration. The main goal was to satisfy the users by visualizing a complex process in order to increase learnability and understandability.

Responsibilities include
- Field studies to gather user requirements
- New software architecture

- Interacting with Siemens clients (Merck, GSK) to validate design choices

Eurocontrol

In order the merge all existing interfaces used in the air traffic flow and capacity management industry in Europe, Eurocontrol set up the n-CONECT program to gradually shift all systems to web-based technology.

Namahn is involved in building the HMI library to build any application and the overall platform. This goes from responsive interface components to notification behavior in specific applications. We conduct workshops with various stakeholders to gather requirements and validate designs.
We work in close coordination with product owners, analysts, architects, developers and end-users.

- Field visits to airlines and the network manager control room - gathering user requirements
