I was the first hire of the Gaming Power business unit. With my BDR, generated more than 100% of our quota every month. Some of the biggest companies we were in talks with were Ubisoft Montreal, CCP Games, Activision, Avalanche Studios, Fnatic, etc. Our greatest wins were signing deals with TSM, Players' Lounge, Friendbase, and Pipeline.gg.

- Assisting in the development of the gaming industry market report, highlighting key customer opportunities, target contacts, and the overall market revenue opportunity by vertical and region
- Deep insight into the market opportunity, competitive landscape, key accounts, key contacts, including defining the Gaming Power strategic value to all key account accounts and contacts
- Consistently delivering high-quality, accurate contact data to the Business Development Team by leveraging online research tools
- Assisting the BDR in creating outreach campaigns, e.g. write personalized emails
- Curating the MRA onboarding process, developing the MRA Manual, researching and testing new tools the MRA team could potentially use
- Mentoring and helping train new hires
