For years, I believed the art of B2B Service was in perfect processes and complex systems—treating every client equally. I was profoundly wrong. That pursuit of systemic equality is what turns Service into a frustrating cost center.

The real art is being flexible enough to serve every client individually and at eye level. That demands trust, freedom, and an executive commitment to Operational Simplicity, not just rigid procedures.

My mission for European Machinery/Plant leadership is clear: I help you establish your Service Division as the most reliable Profit Center in Europe.

We achieve this by moving from process-driven complexity to human-centric action. My strategy is built on three core pillars:

1.  Customer Context Diktat: Every service team member must clearly know and understand what the customer *actually* does. Context drives long-term retention and revenue.

2. Operational Simplicity: If your process needs 10 steps, it’s already too complex for real profit. We eliminate unnecessary friction that slows down high-value decision-making.

3. AI as Context Support: Modern systems and AI should only serve to ensure the human team is always on the same, current knowledge level. Technology empowers the relationship; it doesn't replace it.
