Most ecommerce brands think they’re personalizing email – but they’re really just slapping a first name into a template and hoping for magic. That’s not personalization. 😅

What most brands get wrong? They think personalization stops at the open.

But if I open an email addressed to “Ross” and see a generic banner pushing products I’ve never browsed, you’ve lost me.
