Reporting to National Director of Sales, developed and managed the sales team that market Lexmark's laser printer hardware and print solutions to Fortune 500 and government accounts in Eastern Ontario. Managed direct client and partner relationships. 

•	Grew the territory revenue from $2M to $10M within 5 years. 
•	Sold over 6,000 printers and more than $5M revenue at Canada Post without having to go through an RFP process 
•	Secured the win of 9 of the 10 RVD (Request for Volume discount) in one government year-end achieving 285% of Lexmark plan in first quarter.
•	Challenged procurement process at DFAIT recovering 2 Standing Offers and selling over $4M in printers.
•	Led the sales team to grow from product to solution selling and secured the first “Output Print Managed” contract in a Canadian territory.
