This was achieved by taking raw UGC videos and repurposing them into better, more engaging and higher performing ad creatives for clients across multiple brands. 

While as the lead video editor I worked in conjunction with creative strategists and account managers from multiple teams while managing & developing the other editors until they could work autonomously with little feedback from me.

At the social media marketing agency, my main duties were to edit weekly video content for our corporate clients to go on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram & TikTok.
