- Promoting the EVP via influencers/content creators 
- Hosting recruitment events at key hiring locations
- Capturing Employee Generated Content (EGC)
- Distributing the EGC on social media 

The results so far: 

- 104 candidates hired to date
- 95.6% staff retention rate on hires 
- 98.5% of candidates hired are diverse
- Over 16 million candidates reached online 
- £131,000 saved on recruitment related cost

I work for their client, Transport for London, in maintaining detailed product knowledge to advise customers competently and expertly. I apply correct hold and transfer procedures, consistently keeping call times within the timeframe target. I respond to a high volume of customer requests daily concerning oyster schemes. This also entailed setting up customer accounts, inputting orders and processing payments.

I work for their client, University of Bradford, in conducting interviews with international students applying for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. My role involves assessing candidates’ suitability and readiness for academic life at the university by evaluating their academic background, English language proficiency and motivations for their chosen field of study. Additionally, I provide guidance to applicants throughout the interview process, helping them feel confident and prepared.
