Growing high potential third party strategic new businesses on Amazon UK.

✔️Onboarding and scaling net-new high potential EU & UK merchants on the Amazon UK Marketplace, engaging and managing key stakeholders at C-Level to foster professional relations.

✔️Owning, driving and reporting subject matter expert(SME) role on manual lead generation inputs within the UK Amazon Partnerships Team, to identify high potential seller profiles across various lead sources.

✔️Led adoption of Amazon FBM/MFN initiative to optimise delivery promises for Amazon UK Marketplace Sellers +38% vs Q3 Target CY'23 (126 conversions in a quarter - the most conversions achieved within the team).

✔️Buddying POC & Amazon coach for onboarding new apprentices/interns, involving knowledge transfer of existing work-streams and internal mechanisms to support colleague development.

✔️Managing key stakeholder interest & expectation in the ownership of the "Age-verification on Delivery" policy update.

✔️Hosted and presented weekly business reviews to MFN EU counterparts & led initiatives to optimise Team Engagement (weekly sprint energisers).

✔️Owned the weekly data reporting of key internal business metrics relating to Team Inputs, Seller Anecdotal Evidence & Revenue Targets.

Account Manager - Merchant Fulfilment

Partnering with existing UK marketplace leaders to accelerate business growth, through a holistic lens (product selection, marketing, fulfilment), by adoption of exclusive Amazon initiatives.

✔️Driving new business revenue within the SAS essentials team through ASP360 program sign-up by; prospecting, pitching & closing at C-level, with contracts producing monthly recurring transaction value of £1.4k to £4.9k.

✔️Leveraging sales softwares & CRMs such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce (ASTRO), LeadRocks, Hunter, Apollo, Microsoft Office/Excel to optimise account management service delivery
