- Promoting the EVP via influencers/content creators 
- Hosting recruitment events at key hiring locations
- Capturing Employee Generated Content (EGC)
- Distributing the EGC on social media 

The results so far: 

- 104 candidates hired to date
- 95.6% staff retention rate on hires 
- 98.5% of candidates hired are diverse
- Over 16 million candidates reached online 
- £131,000 saved on recruitment related cost

As a Technical Support Staff at Kantar Public, a leading market research and data analytics company, I provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to clients and internal teams. I enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and delivering excellent customer service. I have completed multiple projects involving data collection, processing, and analysis, using various software tools and platforms.

I am also a candidate at 10,000 Black Interns, a social mobility initiative that aims to transform the career prospects of young Black people in the UK. I have a BA in Economics from Coventry University and a Bloomberg Market Concepts certificate. I have a keen interest and a strong foundation in accounting and finance, as well as analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication. My goal is to pursue a career in the financial sector, specifically investments and private equity, where I can apply my knowledge, skills, and passion to make a positive impact.
