- Distributing the EGC on social media

- 104 candidates hired to date
- 95.6% staff retention rate on hires 
- 98.5% of candidates hired are diverse
- Over 16 million candidates reached online 
- £131,000 saved on recruitment related cost

University of Essex Students'​ Union

Founder of the Arabic society at University of Essex. Built up a team of executives and ensured society was largely promoted across campus. Collaboration with the student union, as well as other societies was an important part of my role. This process enhanced both my leadership and communication skills, as I had to work with a variety of different people on a daily basis. 

•	Regular fundraising events including hospitality events and themed parties to raise money for the society.
•	Hosted regular informative sessions that enabled both Arabic and non-Arabic students to connect across the university.
•	Hosted regular informational lectures in regards to the Middle East’s current affairs as well as its relationship with the rest of the world. 
•	Participated in international events at the university that included showcasing Arab culture including Arabic food, music and clothing. 
•	Collaborated with other societies to improve the social cohesion on campus and introduce students to unique and interesting things about the culture.
•	Spread awareness about social and political issues around the world.
