- Promoting the EVP via influencers/content creators 
- Hosting recruitment events at key hiring locations
- Capturing Employee Generated Content (EGC)
- Distributing the EGC on social media 

The results so far: 

- 104 candidates hired to date
- 95.6% staff retention rate on hires 
- 98.5% of candidates hired are diverse
- Over 16 million candidates reached online 
- £131,000 saved on recruitment related cost

I attended Q2 results announcements to speak to management in person as well as gain consensus understanding from sell side analysts. I leveraged contacts in investment banks with expertise in the industry to discuss and close knowledge gaps.

Produced a secondary project to analyse an IPO. Required efficient time management alongside a prudent approach to evaluating the cost/benefit of investing in an IPO. Overall arrived at a judicious conclusion which I presented to the equities research team.
