- 104 candidates hired to date
- 95.6% staff retention rate on hires 
- 98.5% of candidates hired are diverse
- Over 16 million candidates reached online 
- £131,000 saved on recruitment related cost

Freelancing gives me the flexibility to choose HOW I work

And this year, I’m prioritising living well and eating better 🤭

I’ll be honest: 2025 humbled me.
Too much time spent in the same four walls.

Working. Thinking. Creating. Resting.
All in one room.
It dulled my creativity more than I realised.

So I made a decision for 2026: I’m being intentional about where I work, not just when.

Normally, my virtual coffee chats, client meetings and webinars all happen in my bedroom.

The same place I eat, snack irresponsibly, watch shows and crash out.

That setup wasn’t serving the woman I’m becoming anymore.
So I’m switching it up.

Fresh air. Real food. Spaces that feel good to be in.

Your reminder for 2026: walk AWAY from people who make you question your worth!

No marketing degree.
No industry connections.
No clear blueprint.

But that didn’t stop me.

I was (and still am) curious, consistent and made a decision early on to take myself seriously.

I didn’t wait to be picked. I built proof and followed it through.
I used my personal brand as a living case study.
Tested ideas. Got it wrong. Refined it. Repeated.

Here’s the part we forget as adults:

No one is coming to hold your hand.
Your career moves at the speed of your initiative.

Yes, it’s uncomfortable. Yes, staying quiet feels safer.

But building my personal brand did more for me than any course, institution or 9-5 ever could.

It’s why you know my name, Stephanie J!

(I genuinely never thought this would be my life.)

You don’t need to start perfect.
