2) I developed a proprietary playbook and sales system directly responsible for exceeding monthly quotas for direct demo MQLs, and building over 60% of the sales pipeline and 70% of revenue.

3) I built BridgeUs highly popular blog and content engine from zero to 40K engaged email subscribers and over 500 inbound leads per month. 

4) I scaled Webcentrals website and blog from $5M - $20M ARR

What 70% of Your ICP Never Tells You

Waiting until you're "ready" is the fastest way to fall behind.

I see it all the time:

People who want to launch a product spend 3 months perfecting the features.

People who want to master a new skill binge every course before trying it once.

People who want to start outbound spend months studying frameworks.

By the time they're ready, things have changed.

The tools have updated.

The market has moved.

And they're back to square one.

Here's what I've learned building Astris Partners:

You don't need to score 10/10 before you start.

You need to score 6/10 and learn the rest on the job.

Because here's the truth most people won't tell you:

Even if you knew everything, you'd still make mistakes.

The difference?

People who start imperfect learn what actually works.

People who wait for perfection learn what theoretically should work.

One builds a business.

The other builds a reading list.

This hit me hard this week.

I was advising a founder who kept delaying their launch.

"I need to read one more book on positioning."

"I want to watch a few more tutorials on the tools."

"Maybe I should take another course."

Meanwhile, their competitors were in market.

Learning. Adapting. Winning deals.

The gap wasn't knowledge.

It was action.

Look, I'm not saying skip the learning.

I'm saying learn and do at the same time.

In 2025, everything moves too fast to wait for perfect.

AI tools evolve weekly.

Best practices shift monthly.

Market conditions change overnight.

If you wait to know everything, you'll always be chasing.

So here's my Friday challenge:

Pick one thing you've been "preparing" for.

And start it Monday.

Imperfect. Incomplete. In progress.

Because the only way to get good at something is to be bad at it first.

And the only way to learn what works is to try what might not.

Your future self will thank you for starting messy.

Not for waiting perfect.
