1) I went from award-winning designer for one of the worlds fastest-selling consumer products in history to director of content at an ASX-listed startup and running marketing at a global Edtech startup.

2) I developed a proprietary playbook and sales system directly responsible for exceeding monthly quotas for direct demo MQLs, and building over 60% of the sales pipeline and 70% of revenue.

3) I built BridgeUs highly popular blog and content engine from zero to 40K engaged email subscribers and over 500 inbound leads per month. 

4) I scaled Webcentrals website and blog from $5M - $20M ARR

I’m an experienced recruiter, having spent over 22 years building marketing and GTM teams for B2B Fintech & SaaS companies across the UK, Europe and US. 

My experience covers hiring for roles across: leadership, product management, sales, revops, marketing and customer success. 

I started out at a sales recruitment agency before helping set up their marketing division, where we took sales from zero to £1m in less than 5 years. 

Since then I've been running a niche B2B tech marketing and GTM recruitment agency with my co-founder Ruth, where we focus on helping B2B Fintech and SaaS companies build teams responsible for winning, onboarding, retaining and expanding customers.

🛠️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
 
• 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗜-𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝗧𝗠 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲: You will design and run their modern, automated outbound operations using tools like Clay, HubSpot, HeyReach, Instantly, and Orum.
• 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵: Build AI-powered enrichment workflows to ensure their sales team always has clean, scored, and prioritised prospect lists.
• 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗜: Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT as a daily co-pilot to scale personalised outreach. You will craft signal-based emails and LinkedIn messages, knowing the crucial difference between high-quality "AI-assisted" copy and spammy "AI-generated" content.
• 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Own the lifecycle campaigns to nurture their current client base and turn leads into qualified pipeline.
 
🧠 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲:
 
• 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: You live for workflows, triggers, automations, and agents.
• 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱: You think in systems, constantly optimise your dashboards, and love turning growth goals into repeatable, automated processes.
• 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿: You own your KPIs end-to-end and pick up new technical tools incredibly fast.

Last season, I was overtrained and underperforming. 

This season, I cut my training volume by 𝟮𝟬%.

The result? 

At the weekend, I had my best performance in years.

At nearly 50, I’ve learned that fatigue is the enemy. 

By doing less, I actually became fitter.
