But there’s an art to doing it well.

What people actually want to see is the real authentic human behind the title.

Not someone who looks like they’ve been dragged into a content shoot they never agreed to in the first place.

However… this time I think I might.

Has social media messed us up a bit?
Probably.

If I had kids, would I let them on social media?
Yes, but with boundaries. 

Do kids need to spend more time offline?
Without a doubt.

What we need is smarter regulation. 

What we need is responsible parents creating healthy boundaries for children online. 

We need stronger guardrails around the platforms themselves, and tighter restrictions on the Silicon Valley billionaires profiting from them.

Regulate the platforms.
Protect the kids.
Stop banning everything.
