Hello everyone! I am Steve, I work in tech, and I am the owner and CEO of The PC Protector, premier IT Managed Service provider, focused on proactively protecting your companies tech assets so you can focus on growing your business. 

My passion is for positive leadership, and I post often about how to #bethepositiveleader, as well as ideas on how to take care of your people. If you ever want to trade ideas about leadership, check out my posts, or reach out to me, I respond to my DMs, InMail and comments. 

As a leader, I like helping people to reach their potential and goals. To this end, I am actively working to #bridgethegap between those in my network who are #opentowork and those who are #hiring.

During the 2009 recession, my position was one among many that did not make the cut in a round of layoffs.  I was left feeling defeated, overwhelmed, and facing the big question: “What do I do now?”.

I spent countless hours on the computer applying to jobs, going to interviews, and riding a steady wave of hope and disappointment.  While the layoff felt like a bump in the road at the time, I gained valuable insight and wisdom navigating the ups and downs of the job search. 

My career path as a whole has allowed me to work in a variety of positions and industries.  I have also sat on both sides of the table as an interviewer and interviewee.  I started Interview Ally to leverage my experience and knowledge to help you realize your unique value and apply that to any job or industry.  

I know and understand how challenging and stressful searching for jobs can be because I have been there.  Wherever you are in your career - if you recently lost a job, are a recent grad, career changer, or are reentering the workforce, I am here to be your ALLY in your job search journey.
