Led the post-acquisition integration of vacation rental companies into Vacasa’s platform, bridging operational systems, field teams, and technology stakeholders. Led 14+ direct reports and 5 external vendors while coordinating with maintenance, housekeeping, and corporate teams to maintain operational excellence and deliver $12M+ in annual revenue.

• Directed all aspects of on-site operations including staffing, scheduling, issue escalation, and vendor coordination across 100+ unit owners
• Led response and recovery efforts during two major water damage events impacting 30+ units—ensuring rapid resolution and business continuity
