With over a decade of experience in customer service and sales, I've honed my communication and problem-solving skills to be able to handle even the toughest situations with a smile. Whether it's resolving a customer complaint or working with a team to meet project deadlines, I'm always ready to lend a hand and find a solution.

Outside of work, I have a huge passion for health and fitness. The body is the most incredible machine ever built and I love nerding out about how movement is medicine. I believe that giving back is just as important as achieving success, and I strive to make a difference wherever I can. So don't be afraid to ever reach out about it because people are my passion.

-I have three cats named Tuna, Turkey, & Turtle. (Tuna is named after Jim Halpert from The Office & Turkey came with the name). 
-I had major knee surgery at 20 that sparked my obsession with health, fitness, and human movement.
-My wedding was the hottest, no literally it was 108 during our outdoor ceremony. 
-I stink at golf but love the game. 
-I grew up playing baseball and when I went to college played volleyball. 
-I have trained everyone from pro athletes to moms postpartum. (The moms complained less)
-Born and raised in Central Florida. 
-I call my wife while she's at work just to tell her dad jokes and hang up right away. 
-I don't like social media, but LinkedIn is different. 
-I used to be a butcher in college and that's how I learned to cook.

The head of demand gen owns the demand generation function and the marketing component of ABM for Reprise. Responsible for creating programs and campaigns (strategy, set up and optimization, and reporting), and working closely with sales, leadership, and the VP of marketing to drive qualified pipeline. 

Successful Accomplishments: 
- Designed a product-led growth demand gen model leveraging and designing PQLs (product-qualified lead). 
- Successfully launched the first freemium model at Reprise through strategic promotional channels to drive awareness, interest, and sign-ups for the freemium model. 
- Reality star in "The Real PLG" -- a mini-series designed to document Reprise's journey to PLG in the lens of the head of demand gen.

Betterworks

As head of demand gen, the Revenue Marketing Manager is responsible for leading strategies in demand generation, marketing automation, and email marketing to drive pipeline for Betterworks. 

Owner of all pipeline strategies for the marketing team, the Revenue Marketing Manager partners closely with sales to drive customer-centric playbooks that are relevant, personalized, and segmented. 

Successful Accomplishments: 
- Joined at the end of Q2, by Q3 I drove 20% of marketing-sourced ARR, by Q4 & Q1, 48%, and by Q2 67% ARR (sales cycle 3-6 months) – responsible for 30%. 

- Refined webinar follow-up process that resulted in >14 meetings in 7 business days.

- Revamped newsletters that drove 3x the engagement.

- Improved Google Ads conversions 2,054% YoY; reduced CPA 87% YoY (with PPC vendor help).

- Sourced two of the largest 6-figure enterprise deals in Betterworks history (close-won). 

- Designed email marketing campaign to capture journey, intent, and conversions. 

- Advocated and implemented Drift to provide a white-glove service for users on the site in addition to reducing friction to getting SDRs/AEs meetings. 

- Designed full ABM strategy with tiered deployment. Partially executed due to resources, but got scrappy with 6sense, paid LinkedIn and email marketing. 

- Redefined the entire demand framework model, along with MQL, SQL, and marketing automation to focus on scaling efforts and celebrating revenue (not leads).

DoctorLogic

•	Paved the company’s infrastructure to scale. Advised and led the transition to a more scalable MarTech stack with the processes and definitions needed to scale leads and opportunities. 
•	Defined criteria for lead management including definitions for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and created company’s first Marketing and Sales Service-Level Agreement.
•	Created a lead scoring model to align with MQL threshold as well as lead grading profiles.
•	Strategist for full-funnel marketing to reach prospects in as many channels as possible at the right time in their buying journey; including inbound/outbound lead generation strategies for both digital and traditional channels (organic, PPC, paid social, retargeting, native). 
•	Wrote and built nurture journeys for prospects and sales qualified leads to support their journey and drive conversion.
•	Built interactive calculators using Outgrow to drive net-new leads. This became the #1 converting form. 
•	Built customized Drift playbooks to support prospects throughout their journey. 63% of Drift leads converted to an opportunity. Saw a +400% ROI. 
•	Responsible for accurate reporting, measuring KPIs, calculating ROI, and providing closed-loop analysis to advise where marketing should invest based on data.
•	Defined buyer personas and our ideal customer to correctly position messaging and drive direction for content creation.
•	Created sales enablement content (case studies, one-sheets, etc.,). 

Successful accomplishments: 
•	Tripled qualified leads in one year. 
•	Positioned DoctorLogic to scale.

• Consistently measure site traffic and lead direct reports with plan of execution for optimization and growth. (Closed Q3 with an increase of 54% traffic clicks to website).
• Evaluate and report effectiveness of lead generation programs and digital brand presence and provide continuous recommendations for improvements.
