Grew partner business from zero to >20% of company's ARR in <1 year, with a small and mighty team of partner managers, product managers, engineers, revops managers and product marketers.

I built and ran Pegasus, Microsoft's flagship global program, for top-tier VC-backed startups. We enabled these startups to navigate Microsoft and activate Microsoft's global field through co-selling and leveraging Microsoft's marketplaces, with over $85M in net new pipeline created for the first cohort.

Managing Director - Pegasus/Global Strategic Startups

I led strategy, business operations and partnership development nationally for Microsoft's (then) newly launched Financial Services & Insurance (FSI)  partner recruit business. Built and grew the business to high 7 figures in the first year, on track to double year over year.  Received 2019 Microsoft Champion Award.

Responsible for recruiting FSI companies and driving Azure-based digital transformation at key strategic Financial Services companies, through a national team of vendors, business development and sales professionals and technical architects.

I also drove Go to Market initiatives via sales and marketing to ensure joint success.

I overachieved 2016, 2017 and 2018 quota by 500%, 190% and 230% respectively. I also received Microsoft's FY17 DX (Developer Experience) Customer Obsessed award for leading strategic partnerships.

Intel Corporation

Agility and short time-to-market are key differentiators in the competitive semiconductor space. I developed strategies and roadmaps of technologies for different business units to reduce customer time-to-market by 45% across all verticals at Intel including mobile, data centers and wearables. 

I also conducted value chain optimization and implemented operational efficiencies to reduce hardware costs across Intel by 50% by 2016, receiving the Intel departmental award for leading transformational change.
