My camera confidence grew, I would get a flood of leads, but I struggled due to building the wrong audience. 

Followers attract attention, but a business can’t be built on viral content.

Then I had to hustle n grind just to keep people interested in a service, that was built upon serving everyone yet getting me the wrong ones.

Something had to change.

I burned it all down and stepped back.

I shifted my focus to a new model.

-Stopped following others and followed intuition

I was responsible for delivering stimulating classes to adult learners. In my role, I had to create an environment that enabled the students to feel confident to articulate their ideas in English. This involved creating classes and workshops that were relevant, both culturally and professionally, to the students. These included email writing, telephone skills, CEFR awareness and presentations.
