-Content would go viral
-Content then attracted leads
-All leads were from inbound

My camera confidence grew, I would get a flood of leads, but I struggled due to building the wrong audience. 

Followers attract attention, but a business can’t be built on viral content.

Then I had to hustle n grind just to keep people interested in a service, that was built upon serving everyone yet getting me the wrong ones.

Something had to change.

I burned it all down and stepped back.

I shifted my focus to a new model.

-Low-stress content creation
-Dialled in aligned business
-Stopped following others and followed intuition

I’ve spent £££ in coaching programs and all never made your energy, authenticity or values a priority.

It’s taken me 4 years to get this right.

As well as having the responsibility of managing the POS for our stockists. The added responsibility of this role has allowed me to take on more tasks and develop my professional skills further.

- Creating graphics for internal and external communications 
- Conducting keyword research using BrightEdge, reporting findings and data
- Updating the website, files, and folders
- Communicating efficiently with all stakeholders, including: Internals, suppliers, logistics, etc.

Graduate Marketing Coordinator

My role involved creating product descriptions and improving the SEO of the website. This role has given me the opportunity to learn and develop new skills as well as becoming comfortable in using Wordpress and photoshop. Throughout my time I also have experience in Ecommerce on Amazon and eBay marketplace.

- Communicating confidently with stakeholders through emails and call. Experienced in using MS office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) along with photoshop.
- Updating incorrect data and information, ensuring files and product pages are organised, presentable and updated.
- Taking on and managing multiple other tasks efficiently while achieving deadlines.
- Creating and optimising product images as well as descriptions. Also learning the backend of WordPress, all to improve the SEO.

I used the pandemic as an opportunity to gain more experience. Through the help of a marketing agency Lead Kinetics, they helped me in gaining this internship in which I worked on social media and analytics. This role helped me develop and grow my skills further.

- Analysing social media data and their competitors to find different ways to improve the online presence and activity on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Reporting my analysis for the areas of improvements on Social media and online presence.
- Creating ideas and strategies on how to increase current email database.
- Designing new creatives for Social media, email listings and newsletters through using Canva.

Digital Marketing Intern

In this 6 week internship, I have gained further experience in social media marketing using different software as well as improving my digital marketing skills. My tasks also involved creating live webinar events, signing up pages and sending out emails. 

- Created templates and scheduled posts on Social Media for upcoming events such as Anicca Academy using CANAV and Contentcal.
- Proficient in using multiple software's (eg. WordPress, CANVA, Bitly, BigMarker, Meetup, SEOmonitor), I used these to create digital assets, post on social media, and update the website. I am eager to learn more and develop my digital literacy skills further.
- I had to quickly learn new audiences and markets. In this time I was able to show my adaptability and how I can manage my workload effectively, as well as meet deadlines.
- This role also required me to show my creativity through copywriting and design skills. I had to write ad copy, create posts and webinar title cards for webinars and events.

This was my first role and it was a great opportunity for me as my first work experience. Where I worked on the shopfloor of multiple departments and had to work for a wide range of people. 
 
- Providing excellent customer service, allowing me to enhance my social and communication skills. I was helping customers with any questions and queries, as well as offering alternative solutions to their problems.
- Ensured shelves and racking were filled with stock and the shop floor is presented to the highest quality at all times.
- Worked effectively with different teams and individuals in multiple departments (Menswear, Food hall,
Cafe). This meant I had to adapt to different jobs that needed to be done as requested by the manager. This also helped me develop strong teamwork skills.
