I was developing exciting new coffee products for the post pandemic era. Also, doing all measures we could to sustain our business. I worked closely with our CEO and keeping good care for our key customers.

In spring of 2022 we decided to close down our business due to very changed market environment. It was a great journey, thank you all participants!

Warrior Coffee is (was) the freshest speciality coffee brand in the market. Established in 2014 with a strong foundations to challenge the office coffee market. It used to be my hobby that turned into an 8 year long journey helping shape office coffee culture for the better.

We roasted and delivered some of the most exciting coffee products & services. Full service offering for offices & cafés with coffee machines, training, installation, maintenance and more. We also had the only Instant Butter Coffee (at that time) in the world. 

I enjoyed immensely working with our customers as we often got to discuss their business as a whole and the high quality coffee was the intermediary :)

Joogit.fi is an easy-to-approach (in Western society's terms) online yoga and exercise community for Finnish speaking customers. You can use the platform anywhere, you only need a device with connectivity and a browser.

I designed the platform / product & business model implementation hands-on. I also designed the brand and the product UX, implemented all integration and analytics solutions too.

Successfully executed and lead the go-to-market efforts & marketing to quickly scale up the service.

Booky.fi is a Finnish book/eCommerce retailer with over 18mEUR yearly revenue (at the time I worked there - now approx. € 40 million. I was responsible for marketing and CRM development, campaign planning, analytics, partner management, CLV measurement and eCommerce technology development. We also ran several other eCommerce stores simultaneously using the same platform and staff.

🔸Recognized and implemented a dropped shopping cart process, saved a sturdy 6 figures of sales per year
