Thought Leadership is funny.  
Every Founder wants to build it.  
But nobody knows what it really means.  

I will simplify it for you.

It is not about what you talk about. 
It is about what you have lived through.

Look at Kiran Shah. 

He does not talk in theory how not having your factory is a good decision for d2c folks. He shares the story of how Go Zero has been successful in selling 15 lakhs ice creams every month without having a manufacturing unit. 

When you read that, you know he has done it, lived it, felt it. And that's exactly what makes him credible because he has a real experience to back.

That is the whole game. Simple.

It is like being a soldier who has been into a war and being someone who has watched war movies.

You can smell the difference in how they communicate.

When you hire a strategist to sit and research what you believe about packaging or sustainability, you are not facing a positioning problem. You are facing a lived experience problem.

The bag looked flawless.  
Real enough to turn heads.
But something inside her didn’t feel right.
