3️⃣ Outcomes
What changes for them after working with you?

Think transformation → reduced effort, increased revenue, better positioning, time saved, risk reduced.

Here is where founders go wrong:
They talk ABOUT their services instead of communicating the VALUE of their services. They skip the audience and jump to the offer.

So your message sounds like:

 Instead of:
