Breaking the LinkedIn pattern with 15 random personal facts you probably didn't know:

Sports has played a huge role in my life and I look up to athletes like MJ and many more the same way I look up to successful entrepreneurs.

Because they apply the exact same framework to success:

1. I fast until noon (almost) every day
2. I view each failure as a free mini-MBA

6. I (mostly) follow Andrew Huberman's morning routine 
7. Movement outside first thing is non-negotiable for me
8. I train Hyrox, CrossFit, or Rugby almost every other day
9. I once launched a granola snack made from insect protein
10. Coffee walk with my wife 90 mins post-wake-up is daily ritual
11. My top priority is getting 7+ hours of sleep over early wake-ups
12. I grew up in France where dreaming big wasn't part of the culture
13. Sports taught me that daily reps and feedback loops are everything
14. Each failure never felt like starting over because I had previous learnings
15. I failed at e-commerce, DTC protein snacks, and coaching biz before Reachly

Now I'm just trying to apply the same thing building my company.

Still figuring it out, one rep at a time…..

Words I banned from our cold emails (and why you should too):

“Hope you’re well.”
“Just following up.”
“I wanted to reach out.”

Trash. All of it.

Why?

Because I don’t open emails that don’t give a damn about me.

And neither should you.

I get 50+ cold emails a week.

90% of them? Instant delete.

Cold outreach isn’t dead.

Lazy outreach is.

→ No research
→ No shot

→ Say something that matters & is relevant

5 things I learned building my personal brand on LinkedIn

The n*5 is not what you expect…

𝟭. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗱.
My best clients didn’t come from my content. They came from someone else’s comment section. That’s where real conversations happen.
   
𝟮. 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗢𝗡’𝗧 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀.  
I've had posts hit 2K likes with zero leads. And posts with 15 likes that closed $40K deals.

𝟯. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲.
Sharing wins, mistakes, and everything in between…. that’s what makes people trust you. Not the highlight reel.

When you’re honest about where you’re at, you attract people who are on the same path. Those become your partners, clients, friends.

 • My most “perfect” posts flopped.
 • The ones I wrote that have no filter, just truth?
 • Those built real connections (and actual offline friends) .

It’s not about looking smart.

It’s about being real enough that people remember you.

5 things I learned building my personal brand on Linkedin

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝟬.
𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.

Our cold outreach ops were way too reactive:

→ Mailboxes would hit their limits mid-campaign
→ Domain health dropped without warning
→ And our KAMs were raising orange flags 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 damage was done

We’re an agency.

We don’t have engineers on tap.

And ops doesn’t get fixed by “trying harder.”

So we tried Replit.

I typed:

That was it.

Comment to add value, not to drop emojis (authenticity always wins over bait).

𝟱. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗗𝗠 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸.
Not pitchslap people with “I do XYZ and thought this would be relevant”

Because at the end of the day… Likes don’t pay the bills. Conversations do.

Something surprising came up on a client call…

The other day I had a call with a client, and something came up that I realised more people probably run into.

They didn’t want to use their team’s LinkedIn profiles for outbound.

Instead, they suggested hiring a few SDRs, changing their job titles, and running the outreach from those profiles.

I get why it sounds convenient… but in practice, it just doesn’t work very well.

Here’s the breakdown behind LinkedIn cold outreach:

How many people see you → how many accept → how many reply.

And the reality is simple.
↳ People are much more likely to connect with a CEO, founder, head of, or VP than with an SDR.

So when you use an SDR profile, your acceptance and reply rates drop: sometimes by half.

That’s a big loss in opportunity, and most teams don’t realise it.

There’s also the long-term side of it.

If you stop working with that service provider later… all the ICP connections that could’ve lived on your team’s profiles are gone.

Or if that was the profile of one of your full-time SDR and he/she leaves the company, same issue.

You don’t keep any of that compounding value.

Using your real profiles is the best way to make sure the effort you’re putting in actually builds something for your company.
