We added one thing to our ABM campaign last month for one of our clients.
A human voice.
Here's what happened ↓

We were already running:
→ LinkedIn Ads to our ICP
→ Multi-channel sequences (email + LinkedIn)
People were engaging. Accepting invites. Replying here and there.
But a lot of them just went quiet after the first touch.
So we had an SDR start calling - but only the people who already engaged.
Not cold outreach. Warm follow-up.

They'd seen our ads. Accepted our invite. Maybe even replied once.
The call didn't feel random. It felt like a next step.
The piece that made it possible: BetterContact

We needed verified phone numbers at scale - and the accuracy was genuinely remarkable. No bad numbers, no wasted dials. Just real conversations with the right people.

February results:
→ 1,252 prospects in the funnel
→ 87 replies across channels
→ 51 interested leads and 65% - 70% converted to booked meetings

Calling a warm audience is a completely different game.
When someone already knows who you are, picking up the phone closes the gap faster than any sequence ever will.

I’m a Go-To-Market strategist and engineer who kicked off his GTM journey as one of the first Clay experts from Pakistan. n8n got inspired by my animation idea....... 😯 



jk not literally 😅 but 3 months ago I shared an n8n flow to stop leads on reply from HeyReach.io + Smartlead for multichannel

→ I used an animation
→ Macklin Buckler commented: "Sick animation. This is how n8n should actually look… maybe with the funding they'll hire you as a part-time designer"

I know I’m making a story but that’s how it works here haha
 → They didn’t hire me but yeah… similar animation showed up in their recent update 😎


Today I’m back with another flow → stop leads on reply Instantly.ai in HeyReach.io and vice versa

→ This time I used Google Flow VEO 3.1, for animation n liked it

Flow works like:
→ Get a reply on any channel → lead stops on other channel
→ Can add tag on HeyReach like "Replied on Email"

But honestly.

I think being a GTM Engineer for a SaaS is a blessing. If you're working closely with Revenue teams.

→ It makes your life so much easier to think about the business logic 
→ And to actually implement it

Everything connects differently when you're that close to the revenue side.

AI is getting out of hands.........

But in sales you need to stay in control. Automate what takes the most time. But don't let AI run everything on its own.

This workflow does exactly that.
You might have heard of Human In The Loop.
This flow is that.

→ It generates replies not just for HeyReach.io campaigns
→ But also for Instantly.ai

So imagine you're running parallel campaigns.
This flow catches the webhook.
Based on which channel it's coming from it routes.

→ Based on your prompt it generates a reply
→ That reply gets sent to Slack for approval, rejection, or edits

If you approve.
Reply gets sent.

If you edit.
Another draft gets rewritten based on your suggestion.
Sent again for approval.

Mostly by the second time things are perfect.

But if you still reject.
→ You can either add a loop
→ Or escalate to a team member to reply manually

Total control.

So yeah while AI can do a lot of stuff for you.
It's better to keep some control in your hands.

Data Problem......


Most volume-based agencies I spoke with are facing the same issue.

And it makes sense.

Volume-based outreach will exhaust your client's TAM at some point.

→ Retargeting exists
→ Workarounds exist
→ But the tension that your campaigns are running out of leads is real

So I started exploring databases.

Not the typical old school ones.

The newest ones with the freshest data.

While doing this I came across Prospeo
I already knew them for enriching emails.

But recently they launched Prospeo V2.

→ 7-day database refresh (super cool and fresh)- (Prospeo Claim)
→ 98% validity across emails (they already nailed this before so no surprise)

What I liked the most about the database.

Technology filters powered by Wappalyzer.
→ So no more just relying on BuiltWith data
→ You now have another solid option

Overall a really good addition.

And I think with this we're really moving towards having the modern GTM databases.
