Hi, I’m Jeff.

Dynamic Revenue Leader | Investor | Systems Thinker | Helping Companies Achieve Breakthrough Performance with TOC and Deming Principles

How did I do it? By applying the principles of systems thinking and the theory of constraints, inspired by the works of W. Edwards Deming and Eli Goldratt.

My mission and passion is to update the body of knowledge for revenue leaders, and to help them achieve their goals faster and easier. I believe that the traditional methods and best practices are outdated and ineffective.

Instead, I advocate for a logical systems-based approach that focuses on identifying and leveraging the constraints and opportunities in the system, and creating a culture of continuous improvement and learning.  A system where all managers lead with a principles first approach as opposed to a copy/paste of tools and best practices.

Some of the insights and best practices I have learned or developed include:

Application of throughput accounting to replace the outdated and failed cost economics approach to measure and improve the profitability and productivity of the revenue system.  

Understanding the five focusing steps of TOC to identify and manage the bottleneck in the revenue system, and to increase the throughput and flow of the system.

How to use the Deming cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) to experiment, test and implement changes in the revenue system, and to monitor and improve the results.

How to use the TOC thinking processes to analyze and solve complex problems in the revenue system, and to communicate and align the vision and strategy of the revenue system.

These insights and principles can help revenue leaders and companies achieve breakthrough performance, increase customer loyalty, and create a competitive advantage in the market while not requiring any additional investment!
