I built, recruited and led the global expansion team: the front line that grew WeWork from 5 to 200+ markets (and from a 300M to a 10B valuation) in less than 3 years (while ensuring profitable unit economics for each of these markets). 

Reporting into the VP of Growth and then into the COO, I strategized and executed an aggressive strategy to expand the company in size and reach, while overseeing both the US and new international markets.

Reporting into the Head of Global Expansion, I recruited, trained and managed teams to open 14 new markets in just under 2 years, among which Mexico and Brasil established a new record in growth speed and are still today the best performing in the world.
