Hey there! It's Stuart!

Over the last 30 years, I have been teaching, coaching and mentoring various leaders at different stages of their growth. 

I've a MBA, and also an MSc in Organizational Psychology. 
My background is in Linguistics and Counseling psychology. 
It puts me in a situation where I actually read people and situations really well. 

This helps me to be a detailed solution creator for organizations who might feel stuck or not know where to go.

I've spoken to well over 500,000 people globally. 
It's been a joy to see them learn new things and expand. 
I'm excited to see people grow and flourish. 

The reason why is because of the number of mentees I've worked with in the past, who have flourished to unbelievable levels, materially, socially and emotionally. 

Some are giants of industry today, others are out of depressive cycles, and still others have found their joy.

Very often, I'm tasked to speak to the senior management group due to my ability to contextualize quickly.

Or to be put to mediate and facilitate difficult conversations.  
I have personally been through many such challenging events in my own life, and therefore empathize with emotional frustrations, anxieties and fears.

As a people developer, I believe in the highest intentions of other people. 

I'm also sensitive to the needs of others, and always do my best to align the needs to the common good.

I see connections of ideas and people where others do not, and innovate along those lines to produce unconventional results in simple ways. 

I adapt to my coachees, and look at ways to present new perspectives so that they liberate themselves from stuck situations.

Many of my programs are designed with the intention of drawing from the "inside-out" approach, helping individuals recognize their inner power, and helping them to create a positive bridge in their communication with others. Personal Mastery, Leadership development, Team Development and Conversational Intelligence are all elements I love working on with BU heads and HRBPs.

Because of my vast experience, I tend to bring together an integrated mix of inspiration and activity, so that we're not just listening to lectures, but really practically building skillsets or engaging in conversations. This elevates training programs to become living communities of learning.

As a coach, I work to heal inner psyche, be it founders or business leaders. It allows them to evolve to higher levels of functioning, make better decisions and achieve better results.

Sansan Global PTE. LTD.

In his capacity as Senior Marketing Manager, Krishna led the marketing department for Sansan’s Singapore office. He spearheaded global expansion on B2C and B2B portfolios starting with ASEAN and jurisdiction of PR, content, creative, advertising, Martech/ad-tech, and seminars. 

Noteworthy contributions:
- By structuring, optimizing, and establishing best practices, he reduced marketing cost per recurring revenue <Cost per MRR>
- Represented Sansan in keynotes (CDO) and panels (DigiMarCon APAC)
- Brought in best-in-class media, PR, and agency partners to organize and improve the speed, and efficiency of marketing.

He also learned about working closely with product development teams and diving deeper to find necessary product-marketing fit

Senior Marketing Manager

He was brought in by the Head of Media at DentsuX to serve as a Senior Marketing Manager. During his short 4 months of service, Krishna lead 5 Japanese accounts with billing of over US 1.4 MM per quarter and at an operating profit of 4x OPEX. His clients were digitally skewed, ASEAN focussed, and with 70% skew on performance marketing. 

Noteworthy contributions:
- Successfully brought back an outgoing Japanese account against a WPP competitor
- Organized and improved media campaign structures thereby scaling resources and improving client service <ask details in person>.
- Rallied and improved the morale of an overworked team with his winning attitude

Senior Media Manager

MediaCom

Krishna joined GroupM as a Regional Project Manager and was promoted to Senior Regional  Manager in his 4th year of service. Dell APAC billed over 1xx USD/year with GroupM and had 80 personnel dedicated to it. 
During these 6 years, he took on various roles supporting end-end strategy. He developed a depth in media metrics, agency processes and operations, and management involving 17 markets, 80 personnel-wide. 

Noteworthy contributions:
-> Removed 80 manhours/week of inefficiency in reporting processes and improved accuracy to 98% (from below 90% ranges).
-> Incorporated, co-built, and implemented best-in-class digital trafficking practice with the global strategy team and achieved 95% compliance. His training helped APAC hack cumbersome ad-ops processes thereby saving roughly 20 manhours/week. 
-> Lead offline direct response performance and case study sharing for APAC, improving cross-regional practice sharing and implementation
-> Lead offline activity for 4 sub-Indian continent countries for essential coverage
-> Made key strategic and planning data available and accessible, improving account serviceability
