Hey there! It's Stuart!

Over the last 30 years, I have been teaching, coaching and mentoring various leaders at different stages of their growth. 

I've a MBA, and also an MSc in Organizational Psychology. 
My background is in Linguistics and Counseling psychology. 
It puts me in a situation where I actually read people and situations really well. 

This helps me to be a detailed solution creator for organizations who might feel stuck or not know where to go.

I've spoken to well over 500,000 people globally. 
It's been a joy to see them learn new things and expand. 
I'm excited to see people grow and flourish. 

The reason why is because of the number of mentees I've worked with in the past, who have flourished to unbelievable levels, materially, socially and emotionally. 

Some are giants of industry today, others are out of depressive cycles, and still others have found their joy.

Very often, I'm tasked to speak to the senior management group due to my ability to contextualize quickly.

Or to be put to mediate and facilitate difficult conversations.  
I have personally been through many such challenging events in my own life, and therefore empathize with emotional frustrations, anxieties and fears.

As a people developer, I believe in the highest intentions of other people. 

I'm also sensitive to the needs of others, and always do my best to align the needs to the common good.

I see connections of ideas and people where others do not, and innovate along those lines to produce unconventional results in simple ways. 

I adapt to my coachees, and look at ways to present new perspectives so that they liberate themselves from stuck situations.

Many of my programs are designed with the intention of drawing from the "inside-out" approach, helping individuals recognize their inner power, and helping them to create a positive bridge in their communication with others. Personal Mastery, Leadership development, Team Development and Conversational Intelligence are all elements I love working on with BU heads and HRBPs.

Because of my vast experience, I tend to bring together an integrated mix of inspiration and activity, so that we're not just listening to lectures, but really practically building skillsets or engaging in conversations. This elevates training programs to become living communities of learning.

As a coach, I work to heal inner psyche, be it founders or business leaders. It allows them to evolve to higher levels of functioning, make better decisions and achieve better results.

Reorganisation of work unit as part of consolidating  of non-operational functions of Children In Care Service, Child Protection Service and Adult Protection Service under a newly formed department, Protective Service.

- Assisted in case management practice support by providing  preliminary inputs on case reviews for Out of Home Care (OHC) cases with complex and multi-system level involvements.

- Supported the team administratively in the smooth running of various training, coaching and community practice circles for the OHC sector.

- Assisted in other learning and development functions e.g. Training Needs Analysis for the OHC sector.

Management Executive Officer (Future Capability Development) - Fixed Term Contract

- Coordinated and liaised with Head of Homes on matters related to Children Homes' capability development and staff professional development.

- Assisted in collecting, compiling, and analyzing statistical returns concerning cases requiring out-of-home care placement.

- Collaborated in reviewing the current frameworks and work processes related to the placement and reunification of residents in the out-of-home care sector.

Attached to Ministry of Education Headquarters (Special Education Branch, Special Educational Needs Division).

- Supported the branch on curriculum development of SPED Teaching and Learning Syllabuses (TLS) by conducting literature reviews and applied psychological research (quantitative and qualitative) in the learning domains of Visual Arts and Numeracy, which enabled better quality of Teaching and Learning across 25 Special Education schools in Singapore.

- Conducted horizon scans in the areas of Digital Literacy skills for SPED School students and Professional Development for SPED Teachers to inform educators and policymakers of upcoming trends and best practices both locally and internationally.

- Contributed to the smooth execution of major branch events (virtual and in-person) as a subcommittee member in the area of Logistics Support and Participant Relations.

Wee Yeh was a former Behavioural Science (BeSci) informed public sector executive with a special interest in Behavioural Insights, Accessibility Design for digital products and services, and User Experience (UX) research.

A data-driven and evidence-based psychology graduate with working experience in diverse sectors such as Applied Research, Public Service and Special Educational Needs (SEN), Wee Yeh is also listed on the Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) with the British Psychological Society, where he is qualified to administer and interpret various occupational psychometric assessment scales and inventories.

Highly analytical with exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal, Wee Yeh is poised and confident in interacting with individuals of all levels and backgrounds. He is also a team player who is able to work independently without close supervision where appropriate.
