I'm the first Sales Development lead at Shuttlerock, reporting directly to the CRO and VP of APAC. I was hired to set up and scale the Business Development function within the Sales team (APAC & ANZ).

- Worked on Client segmentation and GTM strategy (ICP & Buying personas) for inbound and outbound processes with limited supervision.
- Set up from scratch an optimised sales stack: account targeting, contact details finder, email deliverability boost, multi-channel outreach cadence/sequencing tools, and created engaging content collaterals to build relationships with leads (including several Sales Videos).
- Deep knowledge in normalised data enrichment/scrapping techniques, workflows and automation set-ups to limit time wasted in repetitive manual inputs and spend more time on sales enablement work for the team.
