I've managed budgets north of $500M, led financial transformations that unlocked over $50M in savings, and navigated mergers, acquisitions, regulatory reform, and turnarounds where the margin for error was zero.

I've written five books, including Beyond the Numbers, NDIS Financial Management, Survive and Thrive: Cash Flow Strategies that Actually Work, The AI Playbook for the Practical CFO, and Aged Care Reform 2025. These aren't academic exercises. They're executive playbooks born from real situations where getting it right meant survival.

My latest project takes this further. I've just launched Practical Cash Flow Mastery on Udemy, a course designed for leaders who need to understand cash flow without getting lost in spreadsheets. It's the frameworks I use with clients, distilled into practical steps you can implement immediately.

Through CFOInsights.au and speaking engagements, I spark conversations on resilience, governance, and the emerging challenges (regulatory shifts, AI adoption, sector disruption) that keep finance leaders awake at night.

At the board level, I serve as Non-Executive Director and advisor, delivering financial governance, risk oversight, and strategic execution that turns ambition into achievable outcomes.

Incredible evening last night at CPA Australia celebrating IWD 2026, hosted by the Belonging Network. As the Chair of the Belonging Network committee, I had the privilege of being host for the evening. 
This year’s theme is 'Balance the scales', this a call to ensure equality and a fair go for women and girls across Australia and the world— it is a call to eliminate systemic barriers that prevent women and girls from experiencing true equality and justice in every aspect of life. This theme reminds us that equality isn’t abstract — it’s built into people’s lived experiences, including their ability to earn a fair wage for their work, raise families without financial penalty, and participate fully in economic life without discrimination. 
We heard from our keynote speaker Winitha Bonney OAM who shared her infectious energy, wisdom and asked us to take action by 'Backing Ourselves'.
