In my role as Business Systems Coordinator II, I continue to excel in providing comprehensive technical support for systems, software, and hardware to all employees within DFC, while embracing expanded responsibilities and leadership roles. My key duties include:

Project Leadership: Spearheading key Business Systems projects, notably in areas such as telephony system design and implementation, ensuring that these critical projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Systems Testing: Playing a pivotal role in the testing of new systems prior to their release, ensuring a seamless integration and functionality within our existing infrastructure.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Collaborating closely with third-party vendors to troubleshoot major issues, leveraging my deepening expertise to resolve complex challenges.
Escalation Point: Acting as a primary escalation point for Level One Coordinators, providing guidance and support to junior team members and ensuring high-level issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Technical Support and Management: Continuing my responsibilities from the Coordinator I role, which include managing hardware inventory, facilitating employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes, and providing detailed documentation on system changes and common issues.
Remote and In-Office Device Management: Ensuring all devices are up-to-date and comply with business standards, whether managed remotely or in-office.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working in tandem with various departments and external vendors for issue resolution, new system implementations, and conducting training sessions.
Process Improvement: Constantly seeking ways to enhance processes and support documentation to better assist colleagues and support overall employee experience.

In my role as Business Systems Coordinator I at DFC, my primary responsibilities included:

Delivering comprehensive technical support for systems, software, and hardware across the organization, ensuring all employees have the necessary tools and resources for their roles.
Overseeing hardware inventory management, encompassing asset tracking and procurement processes, to maintain an efficient and effective technology environment.
Coordinating employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes, including setting up system access permissions, arranging necessary hardware and software, and organizing meetings to facilitate smooth transitions.
Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of common system issues and changes using the internal ticketing system, contributing to an efficient resolution process.
Managing and updating devices, both remotely and on-site, to ensure they remain current and in compliance with business standards.
Collaborating with third-party vendors and other departments within the company to resolve technical issues, implement new systems, and conduct training sessions.
Focusing on continuous improvement of processes and support documentation to enhance the efficiency of colleagues and overall employee support in the organization.
