I became a liquid millionaire in my 20s.

Now at 29 years old, I can tell you the first million is the hardest.

I chewed glass on the front line for YEARS.

I had three failed businesses before 23 years old.

Failed at running events.

At every point, I was missing something crucial…

If you want to triple your biceps, train them every single day.

Do it first.
Do it when you’re at peak energy.

You triple your outreach.
Triple your call volume.
Triple your marketing efforts.

Sounds kind of obvious, right?

Now, you might not exactly triple your business (or biceps).

But it would be pretty cool if you doubled it.

Are you building a sand castle or an empire?

Most online businesses are like a sand castle:

Look decent from a distance.

But the second you touch them, they fall apart.

Hyper-emotional “founder.”
Overly sensitive emotions.

Lead flow more like a rusty pipe.
Absolutely zero throughput.

And a sales process designed by Frankenstein.

No wonder scaling feels “hard.”
No wonder they “quit” for the next shiny thing.

The bigger the sand castle, the harder the fall.

When you set out to build an empire, you work on foundations.

You follow the 3 Ps of Empire Building:

Product:
Is your product scalable, repeatable, and enjoyable to deliver?

Process:
Do you have a systematic way to deliver insane results?

People:
Do you have the right people in the right seats who know exactly what to do?

Without the three Ps, shit starts to crumble.

You’ll never scale past the foundations of the business.

Take a good hard look at what you built, is it an empire or a sand castle?

This is a no-bullshit guide to scaling a top 1% sales team:

1. Product

Our products are scalable, repeatable, and enjoyable to sell.
