An iconic landmark in celebration of its Centennial anniversary. I transferred with FRHI Hotels and Resorts in Spring of 2015 and since then I have been assisting with the renovation of this resort's full interior of guest rooms, suites, and public areas. In addition, re-branding this property as a recognized Fairmont hotel towards the end of 2015. During, through and present of this opportunity I was, am tasked with the below duties.

As a team member of the Fairmont Gold floor at the Fairmont Washington D.C Georgetown, we manage a 5-star level service that turns every moment of our loyal guests into lasting memories. As a Fairmont Gold Supervisor it's my responsibility to assist my colleagues in daily duties/upkeep that make our floor impeccable and unrivaled. This Fairmont Gold floor was voted #1 in the world between all Fairmont hotels for year of 2011 and 2012.

Year 2012 - 2013 Highlights:
- Achieved Fairmont Gold Floor of the Year for 2012.

- Recognized as one of few Fairmont Gold agents audited for the best company standard responses. *See Clarence Mcleod for Fairmont Gold audit records if needed*

- Promoting Fairmont President's Club guest recognition loyalty program. Detailing each individual profiles to have the requested accommodations during their stay at any property, and following up on any concerns they may have had in the past.

- Ongoing cross-training with Front Office, Concierge team members for any future needed assistance with main floor guests. Currently, recognized as the "Jack of all trades" by internal colleagues.

- Our hotel property is the 1st Fairmont Hotel property to test run the pilot program for IPAD check-in/check-out procedures. I was able to assist in encouraging our guests and colleagues to participate in this forward movement, and provided inputs to further improve our procedures as our company further update the firmware.

- Surprise & Delight champion for department.

- Completed Birchstreet Ordering training.

Fairmont Gold Supervisor

When I relocated to DC my connections lead me to have an opportunity working with the Front Office here. This hotel uses OPERA interface and allowed me to adapt to its function. 327 Rooms Full-service boutique luxury property.

Highlights:
- This hotel property's loyalty program is called GHA (Global Hotel Alliance) which comprises of multiple domestic and foreign luxury brands that have collaborated to promote their luxury brand experiences, I was able to provide guest recognition through GHA and promote the hotel's private floor, Level 9.

- Supervised front office colleagues during the absence of MODs because of meetings

- Trained new hires to accustom front office procedures/standards and interacting with OPERA

- For the month of August 2011, I have accrued in additionally $3500+ through room up-sells for guest experience.

- Consolidated with on-site restaurant Maitre’D to offer various alternatives for guest satisfaction

Front Desk Agent - The DuPont Circle Hotel

DoubleTree by Hilton Portland

I was part of the Portland Oregon Doubletree team. Being the first hotel in Oregon to achieve a Green Seal Certified towards sustainability. I was an associate of the Front Office Operations of this 477 rooms; 30,000 sq feet of meeting space property.

Highlights:
- Accrued $2300+ for the month of November, and $3700+ for December in additional up-sell revenue.

- Quick and efficient learner during first week of employment utilizing OnQ property management system. I was able to support and impact my team and immediate supervisors by really focusing on performing efficiently with OnQ and Doubletree by Hilton standards.

- I was able to experience and overcome 2 critical days where OnQ systems worldwide would shut down and we needed to revert back to prior technological advances with hotel operations. Both ended up being smoothly transitioned.

- When night audit team needed more assistance, I was able to take on a few weeks of Night Auditing and was educated on how to balance daily reports and revenue.
