Maximized resources by completing projects: 'Replacement of Economizer & Primary Reheater Tubes', ST Major Overhauls of two MHI 240 MW units at Rabigh Power plant.
▪︎ Understanding machining processes in workshop (Rolling, Cutting, Lathe, Chamfer, Drilling, Milling and etc.).
▪︎ Checking records of different types of steel (carbon, stainless & mild with various grades) against MTC (Mill Test Certificate).
▪︎ Eliminating defects by above 10% via performing NDT (Liquid Penetrant Testing), in accordance with ASME BPVC Sec V.
▪︎ Maintained Welder Monitoring Sheets & Welder Qualification Test (WQT) data for 19 HP welders, acceptable to ASME Sec IX.
▪︎ Monitored 2000+ welds through VT & RT, acceptable under criteria ASME B31.1.
▪︎ Ensured defect-free joints for successful Hydrostatic pressure testing, reaching pressures upto 180 bar for boiler panels.

At Albario Engineering, I played a pivotal role in optimizing outage management and enhancing operational efficiency. 
My responsibilities included conducting critical electrical tests, which led to significant improvements in service quality and client satisfaction. I spearheaded the electrical testing at Mangla Refurbishment project, only on my 4th official assignment!

• Conducted Electrical Insulation and Winding tests on critical equipment (motors, breakers, transformers, cables, batteries), achieving a 10% reduction in errors.  
• Performed detailed analysis using OMICRON, Megger & CPC, improving equipment reliability and performance.  
• Successfully concluded major outages at Engro, PPL, and GE Fieldcore, ensuring minimal downtime. 
• Proposed a comprehensive sales pitch for services across six Gulf regions, driving strategic growth initiatives.
