Over the past 20ish years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders across the world in corporate boardrooms (yes, I wore the suit, carried the bag, and sipped the soy cappuccino), and now through my company, doing work that truly lights me up.

In 2020, I traded full-time employment for full-time curiosity and started my solo consulting journey. I began with org design and leadership development, but my path soon widened in the most unexpected ways, like working on gender, culture, and inclusion.

Since then, my work has taken me deeper into culture transformation, employee engagement, policy/process design, and end-to-end HR transformation. I work with clients across industries including nonprofits and social impact organizations and I love experimenting beyond the usual playbook to create real, measurable impact.

• Consulted startups on Product and Business strategy, focusing on Product Strategy, GTM, and Retention.
• Advised leadership on Planning, Operational vision, and execution, contributing to overall success.
• Worked with a UK based business banking fintech to launch their partner portal for India Market

• Ethos is a completely digital distributor and Third Party Administrator (TPA) for life insurance policies in US markets
• Established and led the Product Management Function at Ethos in India, overseeing Policy Admin, Payments, and Identity verification Services for a portfolio of 65k+ policies and 4Lac+ applications every month in the US Market.
• Learnt the nitty gritties of an online D2C business. Maximizing the ROAS by controlling the levers of payments success rates and the policy servicing NPS scores
• Part of the core site leadership team in India.

Director of Product Management

Paysafe Group

• Led a global team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers for the Merchant Credit Underwriting platform and Identity Verification Services for US, UK, and CA markets.
• Managed stakeholder relationships, planned roadmaps, prioritized features, and owned KPIs for Paysafe Group.
• Improved auto-approval rates from 16% to 60% and increased platform adoption from 52% to 90% while minimizing losses.

Principal Product Manager

Intellect Design Arena Ltd

• Led the development of Intellect's Wealth Management B2B Product for Relationship Managers, achieving a 70% reduction in TATs for proposal generation.
• Expanded the product for the India Market by building the Onboarding & KYC journey, KRA and RTA integrations.

• Led the Product and AI Practice in India for Risk Analyst, an AI/ML based risk discovery multi-tenant Product for Underwriters in the P&C Insurance Industry for US Markets.
• Established and managed a team of Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Business Analysts to drive product innovation and development.
• Successfully supported POCs and secured 4 paying customers, generating $3 million in ARR for the company.
