Over the past 20ish years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders across the world in corporate boardrooms (yes, I wore the suit, carried the bag, and sipped the soy cappuccino), and now through my company, doing work that truly lights me up.

In 2020, I traded full-time employment for full-time curiosity and started my solo consulting journey. I began with org design and leadership development, but my path soon widened in the most unexpected ways, like working on gender, culture, and inclusion.

Since then, my work has taken me deeper into culture transformation, employee engagement, policy/process design, and end-to-end HR transformation. I work with clients across industries including nonprofits and social impact organizations and I love experimenting beyond the usual playbook to create real, measurable impact.

•Introduced social learning in the form of an internal wiki for knowledge sharing within the organization.

• Developed numerous storyboards for e-learning development for various GE companies. Also developed Instructor-led training (ILT) resources.
• Was twice awarded Zero Defect champion for no errors in the resources and storyboards I produced.
• Having the background of researching new technologies, I took initiatives for understanding customer software when software simulation needed to be developed.
• Was involved in testing of internal innovations for rapid development.
• Cleared the written exam for Six Sigma Green Belt.

• Set up a new vertical for the business, a real estate magazine for Delhi NCR. The new vertical was a real estate web-portal. This was again pioneering work, when portals like MagicBricks hadn't started.
• Was fully responsible for content and usability design.
• Created the first interactive map to mark locations, when Google Maps was not available.
• Coordination between web development and publication teams in this small company, which had investment from a well-known Japanese company,

Web Coordinator (Product Manager)

• Set up a new business vertical for web design and online advertising. This was pioneering work at that time, when websites were made in plain HTML and had basic GIF animations.
• Gathered knowledge on web technologies and tools.
• Recruited a team for website development. Conducted training for the team to develop skills and collaborative culture.
• Created an entire website in Flash. (This later went out of fashion after search engines became all important.)
