Over the past 20ish years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders across the world in corporate boardrooms (yes, I wore the suit, carried the bag, and sipped the soy cappuccino), and now through my company, doing work that truly lights me up.

In 2020, I traded full-time employment for full-time curiosity and started my solo consulting journey. I began with org design and leadership development, but my path soon widened in the most unexpected ways, like working on gender, culture, and inclusion.

Since then, my work has taken me deeper into culture transformation, employee engagement, policy/process design, and end-to-end HR transformation. I work with clients across industries including nonprofits and social impact organizations and I love experimenting beyond the usual playbook to create real, measurable impact.

And when I’m not obsessing over org charts or team dynamics, I’m either rescuing animals, giving away books (211 out of 10,000 so far), or enjoying the world’s most important job, that of being a dad to my incredible daughter.

I’m here for the problems, the people, and the results. 

But how did I get here?

My first experience with consulting started young, inspired by none other than Sherlock Holmes, the original “consulting detective.” Holmes’s knack for blending observation, critical thinking, and problem-solving left a lasting impression on me. While I’ve traded deerstalker hats for strategic roadmaps, the essence remains; working with complexity to achieve impact through clarity.

What began as childhood curiosity evolved into a career defined by asking better questions and building actionable solutions. 

My pivot into consulting has allowed me to tackle diverse challenges, each sharpening my ability to think strategically, communicate across stakeholder groups, and connect technical precision with creative problem-solving.

- Strategized partnerships for the UK’s first ML-driven mental health app, driving innovative care pathways.
- Developed digital decision tools that informed business development in the private equity sector.
- Launched a behaviour-science podcast for a regional football club, connecting data to fan engagement.
- Managed the life cycle of an office refurbishment for a boutique consultancy
- Collaborated with consultants to curate an Equality Resource Toolkit, fostering inclusivity in the National Health Service.
- Cleaned and matured datasets for the UK’s leading omnichannel storage provider,

I thrive on tackling nuanced, seemingly unsolvable problems, whether analyzing data or redesigning workflows. My approach is simple: bring the right people, tools, and solutions together to deliver results that matter—and ensure they last.
