Over the past 20ish years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders across the world in corporate boardrooms (yes, I wore the suit, carried the bag, and sipped the soy cappuccino), and now through my company, doing work that truly lights me up.

In 2020, I traded full-time employment for full-time curiosity and started my solo consulting journey. I began with org design and leadership development, but my path soon widened in the most unexpected ways, like working on gender, culture, and inclusion.

Since then, my work has taken me deeper into culture transformation, employee engagement, policy/process design, and end-to-end HR transformation. I work with clients across industries including nonprofits and social impact organizations and I love experimenting beyond the usual playbook to create real, measurable impact.

And when I’m not obsessing over org charts or team dynamics, I’m either rescuing animals, giving away books (211 out of 10,000 so far), or enjoying the world’s most important job, that of being a dad to my incredible daughter.

Handpicked by Unilazer Ventures, my mandate was to establish the Human Resource function for the organization.

Key Achievements:
-Pioneered the establishment of the HR function from the ground up, initiating and implementing HR processes, policies, and frameworks.
-Successfully completed the assignment in an impressive 11 months, exceeding the agreed-upon 12-month timeline.

The primary objective of my hiring was to address HR challenges specifically related to blue-collar workers and streamline associated processes.

-Steered organizational change initiatives and took the lead in managing India and Middle East Geographies for CRM Solutions, as well as India, Europe & USA Geographies for Enterprise Experience, overseeing an employee base of 2500 and 4500 people respectively with a turnover of 300 / 700 million USD.

Key Achievements:
-Pioneered the "Change to Lead" Program, a bespoke initiative aimed at instigating behavioral change in High Potential Employees for succession planning. This program not only brought about a positive transformation in employees' behaviors but also created significant value for their tenure in the Technology practice.
