Over the past 20ish years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders across the world in corporate boardrooms (yes, I wore the suit, carried the bag, and sipped the soy cappuccino), and now through my company, doing work that truly lights me up.

In 2020, I traded full-time employment for full-time curiosity and started my solo consulting journey. I began with org design and leadership development, but my path soon widened in the most unexpected ways, like working on gender, culture, and inclusion.

Since then, my work has taken me deeper into culture transformation, employee engagement, policy/process design, and end-to-end HR transformation. I work with clients across industries including nonprofits and social impact organizations and I love experimenting beyond the usual playbook to create real, measurable impact.

And when I’m not obsessing over org charts or team dynamics, I’m either rescuing animals, giving away books (211 out of 10,000 so far), or enjoying the world’s most important job, that of being a dad to my incredible daughter.

• 10+ years experience in Leadership Roles (VP/QA Architect/QA Manager) in Line/People Management, Program Management, Vendor Management, defining KPIs, Financial Planning/Budgeting, Managing Large Testing Engagements (Multimillion/Multiyear/Multi location), along with setting up governance ensuring QA policies & procedures meet regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
• Manages QA Portfolio having multiple programs and projects (functional/automation testing) with support/guidance on Test Strategy, Test Planning having large team size (more than 40 direct employees and 100+ vendors spread across multiple geographic locations in US/UK/EU/APAC i.e.,  Bulgaria, Ireland, London, Spain, Pune, Hyderabad and Mumbai) with Stakeholder/Vendor Management, Pre-Sales support on POCs, RFP, RFI, SOW creation and review.

*Automation Testing:*
• Hands-on experience in creating automation frameworks from scratch using Java, JavaScript, Selenium WebDriver, Postman, TestNG, Cucumber, NodeJS, Protractor, Cypress, Playwright, Rest Assured, GIT, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, SQL, RPA UiPath etc.
• Expert in analysis of automation testing opportunities in API, Desktop, Web and Cloud (Citrix, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows 365 VMs and AWS).
• Responsible for setting Automation coding standards, code review, setup CI/CD pipelines.

*Achievements:*
• Testing Centre of Excellence (TCOE): Spearheaded development of "TCOE", improving standards of QA, Best Practices, Training/Development, Starter Kits (Template Frameworks, Reusable component library, Training, SDET support).
• Digital Transformation : Successfully led "Digital Transformation Program" by implementing RPA UiPath solution on cloud infrastructure of Microsoft Azure VM, integration with ALM tools like Jira, GIT, Confluence and Azure DevOps, aligning cross-functional teams (security, operations, service management) securing approval from Architectural Review Boards and negotiating a 3.5 year contract deals with vendors for 15% YOY savings.
• Savings & Early ROI : At Apex Group with our QA team's dedication in adoption of Test Automation navigating RPA & AI led complex digital transformations, resulting in saving 600+ hours of QA effort monthly thereby achieving early ROI in first 6 months.
