I’m the President of Precision Employment, and with my talented team, we provide outsourced human resources to municipalities, police agencies, fire departments, non-profit organizations, and private companies. I’m knowable in all areas of HR, including employee relations, policy development, performance management, benefit administration, and legal compliance. I received my Title VII/IX Workplace Investigator Certification, through T9 Mastered. This certifies me to complete workplace investigations and combat legal liability in civil court, and I’m endorsed as an expert witness in the employment law/HR field. I’ve presented on multiple HR topics including policy compliance, HR best practices, benefit administration, workforce planning, and management training. I’m also on the Board of Directors for It’s a Calling Foundation, and I volunteer with numerous non-profits, including Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Revital Colorado, One GOAT, and Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. I have a Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and am a certified Paralegal through Colorado State University. I have a bachelor’s degree in Communication (emphasis in broadcasting) from the Metropolitan State University, which was beneficial in my first career as a radio DJ.
