- Independently researched information pertaining to inmate commitments, sentence computations, and transfers; verify it through discussion with communication specialists and other law enforcement officials; and released it according to government regulations. 
- Produced responses to requests for information in an approved style and in language suitable for the intended audience.  
- Reviewed material grammar, clarity, and presentation.
- Helped create a database of speeches for the Director of the Bureau of Prisons which contains all of his speeches dating back to fiscal year 2003.  
- Forwarded phone calls, mail, and email to the appropriate officials.  
- Worked independently with minimal supervision.  
- Proofed the Deputy Attorney Generals Report and Director’s Monday Morning meeting minutes and to ensure that the format was correct on hard copy versions prior to routing.  
- Assisted in processing speeches for the Director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons making edits as instructed.  
- Assisted in processing employee manuscripts submitted for review.
- Communicated extensively with colleagues within my section and higher level managers in various divisions to ensure projects and assignments received professional input and critic.

For as long as I can remember, I lived to please others and rarely gave any resistance to the demands of those around me. This led to chronic procrastination, perfectionism, horrible boundaries, and various addictions to numb the pain.

Burnout was a way of life for me. As a manager, I found myself not wanting to delegate tasks for fear that the output wouldn't fit my perfect vision.

I often operated out of a fear of rejection, and it colored all of my interactions with others.

As an employee, I second guessed all interactions and never said no to any projects.

This constant pressure from all sides had become a mental prison, and I sought out unhealthy outlets and addictions to numb the pain that I refused to address. 

I learned alot about my triggers, behavior patterns, but also specific to harness them and use them for maximum productivity. 

You’re over capacity because:

❌️ Fear of rejection is your primary motivation, it will lead to decision fatigue and analysis paralysis
❌️ Your thoughts are always riveting by over-calculating every scenario at work and home in hopes of perfection
❌️ You put yourself last, but are full of resentment and bitterness

❌️ You experience turnover in personal and professional relationships, because you go overboard in trying to prevent it
