I also led the Talent Management group SAP HR Module and played a significant role in the customization of Sap HR. I was directly responsible for Performance Appraisals and Counseling and arranging training sessions to upgrade skill levels of employees; created an effective framework for substantiating the Appraisal process linked to Rewards management, and created Grievance handling mechanisms, problem resolution framework while coordinating with higher authorities.
