I am a Google certificated digital marketing strategist who takes a data-led approach to design multi-channel online marketing campaigns for top brands and advertisers. During my time as CXO, I built the department,  developed processes, products, and structure, created sub-disciplines, grew the the team by 5x to become the most diverse and inclusive team in the North American region, and built out the human-first, inclusive, purpose-driven culture that other disciplines began to emulate. My team also helped increase revenue by $7MM in this period.

During my tenure, I helped create a process that was used as the template to build small, iterative innovation pods to deliver experiences for an enterprise’s internal innovation teams, led the creation of the first fully responsive and accessible insurance portal, built the first B2B eCommerce iPad experience for a faucet brand, built the experience that offered up a new way of thinking about content and social as a community that won multiple awards and was written up in Rolling Stone magazine, and conceptualized a digital and analog connected environment meant to help reduce the effects of PTSD. I also was named the global employee of the month.

Worked on assignment with Critical Mass to establish the UX practice within We Are Unlimited to service the McDonald's account.

During my tenure, I helped evolve kiosk product organization, developed an accessible system for displaying customer drive-in orders that is currently being used in over 12,000 stores across North America, and created the framework and system for related content on the web.

• Worked on award-winning projects of all sizes, from small website designs, emails, and campaigns to large product-based systems and trade show experiences.

Here’s a bit more about me, as a human: I aim to listen first, ask questions that might make you uncomfortable, and speak to understand and build consensus. I believe that people are all capable, they sometimes just need support unlocking their potential. I believe in the power of facilitating and amplifying the voices around me. I believe that if you take care of the people around you, everything else will come. 

My passion began with physical product design and code, giving me a more well-rounded approach to building holistic and strategic experiences that solve problems. I ask "why" as many times as a 3-year old. I bring the “What are we solving?”, “How can we?”, and “What if…” to many conversations. I use creativity to blur the line between dreams and reality. My mind works in lyrics, quotes, systems, and puns.

I knew I wanted to change the world for the better, through experiences when I was 10. Since then, I have been working on making that my reality. Let’s dance.
