As far as I remember, I have always been a creative person.  

In my childhood, I was fascinated with colors. I spent most of my time painting, sketching, and experimenting with ideas. 

In college, I wrote poetry, random thoughts in my diary, and script for drama. 

So, in 2014, when I graduated from Business School, I knew that I wanted something more than just a job. It had to be interesting, exciting and should give more to learn and grow.  

I started my career in management research and worked as a research associate at ICFAI university for 2 years. 

I Developed 27 Business Case studies on Marketing & Strategy, published in ICFAI Journal & The Case Centre, London. I also won the Oikos International Case Study competition in Switzerland, in 2015 and was mentioned in The Hindu. 

Some of the case studies authored by me are now taught in leading B Schools around the globe. 

I started my journey in digital marketing when I got an offer from Prowess Publishing, a book publishing company in Hyderabad, to build their online brand. 

For the next 3 years, I led the marketing team at Prowess to build a brand that appealed to their customers, creating social media presence and generated leads from paid online marketing campaigns. 

Prowess went from publishing 20 books a month to 1000+ books a month within 2 years. 

I moved on with rich experience and worked with numerous companies in Organic Farming, Fashion, EdTech, Real Estate, IT Services, and Cybersecurity and replicated the same success.  

I worked as a digital marketing consultant for small and medium companies to help them build their brand, create social media presence, and connect with potential customers with paid advertising.

During COVID, I lost all my clients and I was out of work for 8 months. I used the time to work my personal brand and creating a Digital Marketing Course for beginners. In the next 3 years I taught 5000+ folks via online sessions. 

By 2022, I was lucky enough to have enough folks working with me and clients believing in me to start a marketing agency. Currently I lead a team of young enthusiastic marketers empowering brands dominate their digital presence.

I do agriculture project based on agriculture products in Minnesota, the USA. My main responsibilities are to support with preparation of project plans, internal and external communication, preparation and follow-up meetings and presentations and general organizational tasks.
I did several tasks during my internship, such as:
• Spearheaded and executed proposal promotion projects targeting a prominent US company, resulting in increasing in successful proposals.
• Facilitated product comprehension and engagement at national promotion events, contributing to a notable 3% growth in product awareness and market penetration.
• Directed the strategic development and organization of promotional materials, systematically collecting data on potential importers. This initiative led to a substantial 5% expansion of the importer network and enhanced market outreach.

Project Assistant

Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi

This research was related to the project between my supervisor and the ministry of education, Indonesia by providing research and training programs for coffee farmers in Gombeng sari Village, Banyuwangi.
My responsibilities:
- Surveyed coffee farmers and coffee business owners to collaborate in coffee training.
- Conducted the training session related to added-value coffee by improving the packages and processing raw materials to ready-to-consume coffee.
- Helped writing the report and journal related to the research

Research Assistant

Self-employed to sell shoes online and offline by doing drop shipping from E-commerce, such as Shopee and Tokopedia.
- Research the market related to trending shoes to attract buyers.
- Promoted the products through social media, such as Facebook Marketplace and WhatsApp.
- Delivered the products offline if the consumers are around Banyuwangi.

Goals: Successed to earn around 5 million rupiah in a month and build strong relation with the customers, because some customers did repurchase the product.
