My responsibilities include; Managing a team of 9 developers, responsible for the creation of software applications, validating social media campaign concepts, assuring the quality of the software developed by my team, and more importantly assuring that our work meets the needs of our clients.

• Oversaw, designed and developed over 90 web applications used in campaigns across a variety of fortune 500 brands such as Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, FIAT, Ram Trucks, Samsung, Hair Cuttery, and Carlson Hotels.

• Developed over 15 Facebook applications contributing to over 2.7 million Facebook tab page views. 

• Conceptualized, oversaw and developed the FIAT Score a Scorpion marketing campaign which drove 1.7 million impressions and more than 266,000 referrals to the FIAT Abarth website. 

• Conceptualized, oversaw and developed the Dodge Defiance campaign resulting in 270 million organic impressions, 167,324 blog page views, 300,000 new Facebook fans, 172% increase in average monthly blog page views, and over 50% opt-in rate for ongoing communication from Dodge.

Built a web consultancy business that focused on supporting small businesses within the restaurant and oil/natural gas industries. Our goal was to deploy web technology that provided our customers with a web presence, offered tools to engage with their target audience, and an administration portal to share relevant information with paying customers.

• Designed, co-developed, and maintained Mezzagrille.com a meditteranean restaurant website, and BryanInvestmentGroup.com an oil and natural gas investor website.
• Co-developed a content management system, coupon validation tool, and marketing materials for Mezzagrille.com. 
• Built a web portal where individual investors can review their periodic dividend reports.

• Served as developer/architect of technical solutions for gm.com, gmc.com, buick.com, and cadillac.com web properties, building discrete plugins and features to enhance site usability and functionality.

● Spent over one year as Technical Lead for Disney’s DisneyMovieRewards.com Loyalty platform. A client that delivered upwards of a half million dollars in revenue during the year of 2008. 

● Solely responsible for building 140 ePrize promotions while assisting with over 100 more. 

● Lead developer of a Facebook tell-a-friend promotion plug-in which at the time was used across 190+ promotions, and saving 3500+ hours of development time. 

● Key asset in developing new integration with our email provider ExactTarget building points expiration software for Disney Movie Reward users with expiring points. 

● Organized a reoccurring software engineering meeting meant to devise ways to improve ePrize’s core code base and the efficiency of work produced by the delivery team. 

● Interfaced closely with business development personal and clients for scoping of new and incoming projects.

Built a consumer facing fantasy hockey app, Rinkotology, to provide an engaging and interactive experience for hockey fans, allowing them to use their knowledge and skill to compete against others and potentially win prizes.

• Designed and built an app that saw 5,012 registered users and 100K+ page views within 3 days its first year, and 3,371 paying users and 94K+ page views in its second year.

• Grew user base by raising $12,000 through a partnership with the Mario Lemieux foundation and thepensblog.com.

Capable is one word others use to describe me. I pride myself on my ability to complete any job or task regardless of its difficulty level. The Old English proverb of "Where there is a will there is a way" is a motto I hold close to my heart. My fortitude must be credited to a solid upbringing by two incredible parents, and my faith. It is reenforced by my wife, my two sons, my treasured family, and my close friends all of whom are there for me when life's moments become difficult. 

Within my career I identify myself as a creative. For me a creative is defined as a thought leader, entrepreneur, innovator, artist, and a hacker. These characteristics push me to think outside of the box, and to desire an artistic order to those things around me. Additionally these are the characteristics that drive my day-to-day operation, vision, and mission in life which is to help others in need. I truly believe that you will get what you want in life as long as you are able to help enough people get what they want.  

Throughout my career I have been a Salesman, Graphic Designer, Software Engineer, Product Marketer, and Director of Technology. I have substantial experience in building and maintaining web applications, interactive promotions, and high traffic loyalty programs.
