Working as the lead Product Manager with the team managing the back-end services for the checkout and post purchase experience, including but not limited to: payment integration (Stripe), delivery method management, fraud, returns and private shopping sales, as well as seamless integration with our ERP.

This was a Product Owner role on steroids! I led the development of an internal start up with the objective of building a platform where a customer can purchase a car online. This included daily management of a backlog (Agile Scrum & Kanban), product roadmap and a team of 10 engineers, QA and UXi. The platform represented all of the brands under the Sytner umbrella, including BMW, Ferrari and Aston Martin.
